Calender access permits

I do not want others to see the topic of my appointments in the calendar but they camn see if I am bussy or free

    Hi @Margarita Nikolova

    You can easily control what to share by going to Calendar > right-click your calendar > Sharing and Permissions > in this window, choose option Can view when I'm busy. User's image

    With this setup, your colleagues can only see you free/busy time. It should look like this.
