    Hello Mahesh Thakare

I can see that you have sign up for the LinkedIn premium offer on 1/19 but still haven't receive your verification email for the LinkedIn Premium account.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

Because of this, I suggest contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance about this issue.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.

Based on similar student Microsoft 365 + LinkedIn Premium offers, the LinkedIn Premium activation email should arrive within about 7 days after successful Microsoft 365 activation. In the referenced case, the user ultimately found that the LinkedIn email was delivered correctly but was only visible when checking mail from a different device (it did not appear in the mail app on the phone, but did appear in webmail on a computer).

Given that more than 15 days have passed and spam/junk has already been checked:

    1. Sign in to the email account used for the student promotion from a desktop browser (for example, via webmail) instead of only a mobile mail app.
    2. Check Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions/Other (if applicable), and any custom folders or filters that might auto‑file promotional messages.
    3. Search the mailbox for common terms such as LinkedIn, Premium, or Microsoft 365 to see if the offer email is present but filed differently.
    4. If the email still cannot be found, contact support for the promotion (Microsoft 365/education support) with the signup date, the email address used, and confirmation that the Microsoft 365 portion is active, so they can verify eligibility and resend or otherwise assist with the LinkedIn Premium offer.
    5. If the LinkedIn side of the account appears mixed up with another email or profile, contact LinkedIn support to review the account and associated email addresses and help separate or correct them so the offer can be applied to the correct LinkedIn profile.

For LinkedIn account/email issues specifically, LinkedIn’s support team can help separate or correct accounts if the school email is associated with the wrong LinkedIn profile.
