Not finding transcript in my profile

Question

It is been 2 weeks i have taken Microsoft azure administrator-104 exam got failed in first attempt.

Issue is i can't able to see transcript in my microsoft profile.

Could you please check this issue asap.

You should be looking for the score report not transcript

A transcript in Microsoft Learn only shows successfully completed certifications, exams, and training. Failed exam attempts do not appear on the transcript.

To view the transcript that exists for the account:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile.
2. Select the profile avatar > Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Transcript.
   • This page shows only successfully completed certifications and modules.

If an exam is failed, there is no transcript entry created for that attempt, so nothing will appear for that exam in the transcript or certification list.

If any successfully completed certifications or modules are missing from the transcript, verify that the correct Learn account is being used and, if needed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the missing certifications guidance.
