Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

If the issue persists, please confirm:
- Are you using an Android phone or an iPhone?
- On the phone, are you checking mail via the Outlook mobile app, Outlook.com in a browser, or the default Mail app?
- Are the emails missing from the list, or do they appear only after you refresh/sync manually?
