Federated identity management using Active Directory Federation Services

For phone support about BitLocker specifications, use Microsoft’s official customer service phone numbers page and select the appropriate country/region, then follow the prompts to reach technical support:
- Open the global phone numbers list:
Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support. - Choose the country/region.
- Call the listed number.
- When prompted, indicate that the issue concerns a business account and BitLocker/Windows security.
For Microsoft 365 for business administrators, technical support is available 24x7 by phone. Have admin account details ready when calling. A PIN-based verification step may be required; the support agent sends a verification code to the registered email or phone number in the Microsoft 365 admin center profile.
If the account is personal (non-business), use the same phone-numbers page and, if no phone option is shown, select the “Get Help” option on the support site to reach support via web.
