Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand that new emails are not arriving in your Inbox and are being automatically moved to the Deleted Items folder in Outlook on the web.
In addition to the previous suggestions, you could also explore these options:
Option 1: Turn off Focused Inbox
- Open Outlook on the web
- Select Settings in the upper-right corner
- Go to Mail > Layout
- Choose " Don't sort my messages" and save the changes
Option 2: Check Sweep settings
- Go to Settings
- Select Mail > Sweep
- Remove any Sweep rules that may delete or move incoming messages automatically
Option 3: Review Junk Email settings
- Go to Settings
- Select Mail, then Junk email
- Check the Blocked senders list and remove any valid addresses
- Make sure automatic deletion of suspected junk is not enabled unnecessarily
Option 4: Check Inbox filters
- Open your Inbox
- Make sure no filter such as Unread or Flagged is selected at the top of the message list
I hope this information helps resolve your issue. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me again in this thread.
