Assist with downloading azure fundamentals certificate old email no longer in use

Because the old email is no longer in use, the certification itself is still associated with the Microsoft Learn profile, not the mailbox.

To access and download/print the Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certificate:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the account that holds the certification (the identity used when taking the exam).
2. Go to the Credentials area: Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
3. Select the Azure Fundamentals certification.
4. Select View Certification Details.
5. Use the Print option and choose Save as PDF in the browser’s print dialog to download a copy of the certificate.

If the goal is to change or consolidate login accounts (for example, moving away from the old email sign-in):

1. Sign in to the existing Learn profile that has the certification.
2. Add a new login account to that same Learn profile instead of creating a new profile.
3. Use profile linking/merging so that certifications remain under a single profile.

Profile-to-profile transfer is not supported; only linking/merging of login accounts into one Learn profile is allowed.
