Certificates of completion for Microsoft Learn training, including the Dyslexia training in partnership with Made By Dyslexia and the Empower Dyslexic Thinking in Schools module, are managed through the Microsoft Learn profile and the Microsoft Credentials support channels.
To obtain or troubleshoot a certificate of completion:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn
- Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/ and sign in with the same account used to complete the modules.
- Check the profile Achievements/Certifications
- Select the profile icon in the top-right corner → Profile.
- Look under Achievements and the Credentials/Certifications area to see if a certificate or badge is available for the completed learning path or modules.
- If available, download or capture the certificate/badge from there for professional development records.
- If the certificate is missing
- Use the Microsoft Credentials support channel to request help:
- Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the training.
- Select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials (these are auto-selected after the first sign-in/save step, as described in the Q&A guidance).
- Submit a support request describing that the Dyslexia training learning path and Empower Dyslexic Thinking in Schools module have been completed but the certificate of completion is needed and not visible.
- The Credentials support team can investigate learning history and assist with missing achievements or certificates.
- Use the Microsoft Credentials support channel to request help:

For certificates tied to these modules or the overall learning path, completion status and any available proof of completion will appear in the Microsoft Learn profile and can be validated or corrected via Microsoft Credentials support as described above.
