I have citrix file share onprmise and i need to use Azure MFA with Citrix file share , how can i do this integration?

When you will have the app in Azure AD you will be able to trigger MFA on it via conditional access

The application is only to do the integration between Azure AD and Citrix Share File (SSO) (Citrix Share File can be located on-premise that's why you have also to configure the Citrix Share File part for SAML) like that you will be able to use Azure AD conditional access to trigger MFA.
