My Microsoft 365 Developer Program account shows two expired and deleted E5 sandboxes ([Moderator note: personal info removed].onmicrosoft.com and [Moderator note: personal info removed].onmicrosoft.com). The dashboard shows them as “Deleted subscription”, and the option to create a new E5 subscription is missing. Please clear the old tenants so I can create a new Developer E5 sandbox.

    Hi @David Linker

Based on the insights gathered so far, it appears that although the user interface indicates a “Deleted Subscription,” the backend provisioning state may still be in a stale condition. This likely explains why you are currently unable to create a new Developer E5 sandbox.

For further assistance, I recommend contacting the Microsoft Developer Program support team directly. You can do this by using the Report errors option located at the bottom of the Developer Program dashboard. This option allows you to submit a request directly to the support team for further investigation.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. For this specific request, direct support intervention is required and cannot be handled through this forum.

As an alternative approach, you may consider deleting your Developer Program profile and waiting approximately 60 days for all related information to be fully cleared on the server side before registering a new profile. If you decide to proceed with this option, please ensure that you back up any data in advance to avoid unintended data loss.

I hope this provides some helpful direction and assists you in determining the next step.
