When I log in I get this error: "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one." It worked at setup, but during the configuration process, I lost access along the way. Here is what happened:

I purchased a Microsoft 365 Business Basic plan. I got a confirmation email, I was able to login with the onmicrosoft.com email. I created a custom domain email. It told me to log out and log back in with that custom domain email. I logged in with that email, I clicked the button to finish email setup, and there was an error. I refreshed the screen, still an error. I came back some time later, still error. I then deleted that email, set the original onmicrosoft.com email as the primary, logged out... now I can't get back into my account at all. If i try that original onmicrosoft.com email, or the custom domain email, both say "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one." I have tried account recovery, I have tried incognito mode, I have tried clearing my cache, I tried waiting 24 hours. How can I get into my account, or get a refund so I can try again?
