Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Dear @Samantha Morse,
Good day, and I appreciate the clear explanation of your concern.
In Microsoft Bookings, the customer-facing booking page can be customized to display your business name, contact information, company logo, and a color theme. Unfortunately, Microsoft Bookings does not support adding a custom background image to the shared booking page.
Below are the supported ways to customize your booking page:
- Step 1: Setting or updating your company name and business details
Open Microsoft Bookings.
Select your booking calendar.
From the left pane, select Business information.
Under Basic details, enter your Business name. You may also add an address, phone number, or website if needed.
Select Save.
This business name will appear on your customer-facing booking page.
- Step 2: Adding or updating your business logo
In the same Business information section, locate Business logo.
Select Change and upload your logo image.
Select Save.
The logo can be displayed on the booking page and helps reinforce your brand identity.
- Step 3: Adjusting the booking page appearance
In Microsoft Bookings, go to Booking page.
Under Customize your page, select a Color theme.
Enable the option to display your business logo on the booking page.
For a shared booking page, the supported appearance customization options are the business name, logo, and color theme.
- If having a fully branded background is important for your business, you may consider the following workaround:
Embedding the booking page on your own website:
Open your booking page in Microsoft Bookings > Booking page.
Copy the shared link or iframe embed code.
Embed the booking page into your own website or a branded landing page.
This approach allows you to control the surrounding background, colors, and branding on your website while still using Microsoft Bookings for scheduling.

I completely understand how these limitations in Bookings can feel disruptive. It’s not just about aesthetics; these differences can genuinely affect how smoothly you work and navigate your day.
I’m really sorry, I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for. As a forum moderator, I hope you understand that I don’t have the ability to modify or escalate product issues directly. However, I strongly recommend submitting your feedback through the Bookings · Community. This is the most effective way to ensure your voice reaches the product team and can be considered for future improvements.
Once you've submitted your feedback, feel free to share the link here in the comments. I’ll be happy to upvote it to help bring more visibility. If you prefer, I can also submit this great idea on your behalf. Just let me know, and I’ll post it for you and share the link once it’s published. I’m here to help ensure your feedback gets the attention it deserves.
Additionally, as other users have raised similar concerns and may not be aware of where to share their feedback, I hope this response helps clarify the situation and suggests a potential next step. Highlighting this information can make it more visible to others in the community who may be facing the same issue, making it easier for them to find guidance and contribute their feedback as well.
Thank you again for your time and for raising this important usability concern.
