Can't access emails

I am not able to receive my emails on any of my devices. I started getting a message saying I need to reenter my password on my personal phone but not on my computer or my church phone. Then I needed to on my church phone but it said the one I entered was incorrect. So I went through the process of matching shadows and all the other tasks and my phone seemed fine. Then it started over again asking for a password. The passwords I tried were all incorrect so I tried resetting through my phone number but it says that option is not available and to try my passwords. Then it says I have tried incorrectly too many times. I tried to uninstall and reinstall on my personal phone but now I can't get ANYTHING. Whereas my account was still working on the computer I wasn't too worried but now it says I have to reenter my password, which obviously I don't know. Please help with a live person that can walk me through this mess. It is imperative that I get my emails.
