UNAUTHOISED BILLING BY MICROSOFT

My Microsoft account [Moderator note: personal info removed], [Moderator note: personal info removed]@gmail.com,

I had cancelled subscriptions in 14 April 2025. (See accounts details, (Screen shot taken as evidence)

In spite of this , I have been billed by Microsoft annually, the last time 16 April 2026, twice on the same day for the same amount 49.56 euros.

(Bank Transaction no.)

I wonder what you are taking money from me for? Please cancel all my Microsoft accounts and refund me this years fees you have taken 49.56 x2 that is 99.02 euros. This was done for April 2025 as well. that makes a total of 198 Euros.

If I am being billed from other accounts, I do not use them, and have no access to them, hence cannot check them or use them, so please cancel all other accounts that may be used to bill me, as above.

THE ABOVE STATEMENT APPLIES TO ALL MICROSOFT PRODUCTS and all my accounts, if any.

Please rectify this unauthorised billing.

Regards

    Hi @mark pullicino

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how concerning unexpected or repeated charges can be, and I appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed information.

For situations involving unauthorized billing, subscription cancellation disputes, invoices, refunds, or identifying which account or tenant is being charged, assistance from Microsoft Billing Support is required. These billing and payment details are handled through Microsoft’s internal systems and are not accessible to community moderators or users here on Microsoft Q&A.

To ensure your issue is properly investigated, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly. When creating your support request, please include all available details (such as transaction IDs, dates, amounts, and the email addresses associated with your Microsoft accounts). The Billing Support team will be able to help you:

    • Identify which Microsoft tenant or subscription the charges belong to
    • Confirm which account or administrator has access to those subscriptions
    • Verify which Microsoft service is being billed
    • Review cancellation history, confirm whether billing should have stopped, and determine eligibility for refunds

You can find the appropriate contact method and regional phone numbers here:  Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Please note that the Microsoft Q&A community does not have the capability to view or modify billing records, cancel subscriptions, or issue refunds. Reaching Microsoft Billing Support directly is the fastest and most accurate way to resolve this matter.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. I hope this helps guide you to the right support channel so your issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
