    Hi Mark Bates

May I ask if you've got the chance to try out the Q&A Assist AI suggested steps? And if you have any difficulties when trying that step? If you did and it keeps turning back to Strict, that usually means something is forcing it. Check these:

    • Are you signed in with a child/family account?
    • Are you on a work/school device or Wi‑Fi?
    • Does the option look locked/greyed out?
    • Does it switch back after refresh or browser restart?
    • Does it also happen in InPrivate/private mode or another browser?

Feel free to update here if anything comes up!

To turn off Strict mode for Bing SafeSearch:

    1. Open a browser and go to Bing.com.
    2. Select the icon in the upper-right corner of the Bing window.
    3. Select Settings, then select More.
    4. Under SafeSearch, choose Off.
    5. Select Save at the bottom of the menu.
