    Hello Todd Romig,

I understand that you want to contact Microsoft support. Let me assist you go through this situation.

To request a callback via Microsoft Support:

    2. In the box type in your issue > select Get help > Scroll down choose contact support > Sign in your account
    3. Select Microsoft 365 & Office
    4. Select Subscription, account, billing
    5. Choose related tag for your issue
    6. When offered, select “Request a call back” (or Chat, then ask for callback) > Leave your information so they can callback

Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

Microsoft support cannot place calls based on this request alone, but a callback or live agent can be requested through official support channels.

For a Microsoft 365/Office personal account or billing/technical issues, use one of these options:

    1. Use the Get Help app on Windows (personal accounts)
      1. Open the Get Help app from the Start menu.
      2. Describe the issue.
      3. When prompted, select Contact support.
      4. Choose the affected product/service.
      5. Select Confirm.
      6. Choose either Chat with a support agent or Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you.
    2. Use online Get Help for Microsoft Store, account, or subscription issues
      • Go to the Get help entry point for home users from the Microsoft support site for:
        • Microsoft Store purchases, billing, or subscription issues: use the Get help button described in the “Help with Microsoft Store purchases” article.
        • General Windows/Office/account issues: use the Get Help button in the “Customer service phone numbers – Home Users” section.
      • Describe the problem and select chat or request-a-call when offered.
    3. Use customer service phone numbers (if available in the region)
      • From the Customer service phone numbers page, select the region and then the country/territory to see available phone numbers for home users.
      • Call the listed number and request assistance with the Microsoft 365/Office account or recurring issue.

Availability of phone and callback options depends on region, product, and support hours. If only chat is available, use chat and ask the agent to arrange a callback if that option exists for the scenario.
