Minecraft MCE cape redemption problem

Question

Hey Microsoft, I redeemed an MCE cape about a month ago and the cape never showed up in my account. When i go look at my order history it says it was redeemed. I just don't know why i don't have it. Anything helps. Thank you guys so much.

• Type Live chat in the search box. 
• Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below. 
• Go to the Products and services tab, and choose Other products
• On the Category tab, choose Billing and Account Profile questions 
• Go to Confirm. 
• You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

For a redeemed Minecraft cape or other digital reward that is not appearing, the key step is to verify the reward details and code in the Microsoft Rewards order history, then work with the game’s own support if the code is marked as redeemed but not reflected in the game account.

1. Go to the Microsoft Rewards Order History while signed in with the same Microsoft account used to redeem the cape.
2. Find the specific cape reward in the list and select Order Details on the far right. This shows the redemption code or link associated with the reward.
3. If needed, select Resend to have the confirmation email sent again and confirm the exact code or link that was issued.
4. If the reward shows as Redeemed in Rewards order history but the cape is still missing in Minecraft, contact the game’s support (Minecraft Support) with the code and proof of redemption so they can check the entitlement on the game side. This is similar to how Roblox gift card issues are handled when a Microsoft Rewards code is valid/redeemed on Microsoft’s side but not working in the game.
5. If the code itself is invalid or unusable, open a ticket with Microsoft Rewards Support (via the Rewards support/contact options) and provide the order date, reward type, and the code from Order Details so they can investigate or refund/replace the reward as appropriate.
