HOW DO I FIX ERROR 5B02 ON MY PRINTER CANON MG 3600, WHICH IS RUNNING ON WINDOWS 8.1.

    To clarify, this is a hardware/maintenance issue, not related to Windows 8.1 at all.

    Error 5B02 means the waste ink absorber is full, and Canon’s guidance is that the printer requires servicing.

    What you should do next:

    • Send the printer in for service/repair
    • Temporary resets may work, but Canon still recommends professional servicing
