Hello Saurav Timsina
I’d like to clarify an important point: the Microsoft Q&A forum is a public, peer‑to‑peer platform, and moderators do not have access to internal systems or the ability to directly contact or ping backend teams such as the Data Protection Team on your behalf.
For cases like AUP violations, the enforcement and review are handled entirely by Microsoft’s internal backend/compliance teams, and any investigation or reversal can only be performed through an official support ticket.
Since you have already created a ticket via the Admin Center, you may also consider using the “Report errors” option located at the bottom left of the Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard. This can sometimes help route your request directly to the Developer Program support team for further review.
Additionally, you might find it helpful to review this discussion thread, where the original poster and other users shared their experiences with AUP enforcement and how they worked with support to get their cases properly routed. Some workarounds and supporting details are also discussed there: Acceptable Use Policy violation notice on Microsoft 365 Developer E5 sandbox - SharePoint read-only at farm level
I hope these suggestions help you move forward, at least partially. If you have any updates, please feel free to share them here, it would be greatly appreciated by others in the community facing similar situations.
