A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
OneDrive issues and missing files cannot be fixed from here, and direct human support is only available through Microsoft’s official support channels.
To speak with a human support agent about the OneDrive problem and your missing password files:
- Go to Microsoft’s Contact Support page for technical help.
- Enter a brief description such as “OneDrive lost files” and select Get Help.
- When the help suggestions appear, scroll down and choose Contact Support.
- Select the appropriate product (for example, OneDrive or Microsoft 365/Office) and choose a support option such as chat or phone, if available in the region.
If the issue might be related to sign-in or account problems (for example, OneDrive not accepting credentials or cached/expired credentials), review and follow the guidance in these articles as needed:
- For Microsoft account sign-in problems or if the username/password stopped working, use the Recover your account flow described in: My username and password have stopped working.
- If OneDrive sign-in is failing due to cached or expired credentials on the device, clear OneDrive cached credentials as described in: Clear OneDrive cached credentials.
For billing or subscription issues related to OneDrive (for example, storage not matching what is expected), use the dedicated OneDrive billing support path and, if needed, escalate to a human agent via Account & Billing Help or Contact Microsoft Support as described in the references below.
