    Hello

This is a known issue from some time ago. .

    Try this

Click through each error pop up using the OK button, see if it eventually let you use it.

    Or

Launch New Outlook in safe mode. Hold down Windows + R keys, type in olk.exe --safe and press Enter. See if that helps. You might have some missing features in Safe mode though.

Check your Windows settings for updates. Make sure you are all caught up with updates.

The repeated TryCreatePackageDependency error in new Outlook for Windows typically indicates a local Outlook/Office installation or profile issue. Use the following sequence of fixes, testing Outlook after each step:

    1. Start Outlook in safe mode and disable add-ins
This checks whether an add-in is causing the problem.
      1. Press Windows + R.
      2. Type Outlook /safe and select OK.
      3. If prompted, accept the default profile and sign in.
      4. If Outlook opens, disable add-ins:
        • Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
        • At the bottom, ensure Manage: COM Add-ins is selected, then choose Go.
        • Record which add-ins are checked, then clear all check boxes and select OK.
        • Close Outlook (File > Exit) and start Outlook normally.
        • If Outlook now works, re-enable add-ins one at a time (with a restart each time) to find the one causing the issue.
    2. Reset new Outlook local state (new Outlook only)
If using the new Outlook for Windows and it crashes or errors shortly after launch, reset its local state:
      1. Close Outlook and all other Microsoft apps.
      2. Run the command: olk.exe --clearLocalState.
      3. Start new Outlook again; it will prompt to sign in and recreate its local data.
    3. Delete local Outlook/OneAuth cache folders (new Outlook)
Corrupted local cache for new Outlook can cause repeated launch errors.
      1. Close all Microsoft apps (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
      2. Press Windows + R, type appdata, press Enter.
      3. Go to Local > Microsoft and delete the Olk and OneAuth folders.
      4. Restart the PC and open Outlook; the folders will be recreated automatically.
    4. Create a new Outlook profile
A corrupted Outlook profile can cause startup errors.
      1. Open Control PanelUser AccountsMail.
      2. Select Show Profiles.
      3. Select the existing profile and choose Remove (if appropriate), or leave it and select Add to create a new one.
      4. Enter profile name, email address, and password, then complete setup.
      5. Start Outlook with the new profile.
    5. Repair Office
If the error persists, repair the Office installation.
      • Use Quick Repair first; if that fails, use Online Repair as described in the Office repair guidance.
    6. If still failing, fully reinstall Office
If none of the above resolves the issue:
      1. Uninstall Microsoft 365/Office from Apps & Features or Programs and Features.
      2. Reboot the PC.
      3. Reinstall Office from the Microsoft 365 subscription portal.
      4. Open Outlook and sign in again.

If Outlook continues to show the TryCreatePackageDependency error after these steps, run the Classic Outlook Advanced Diagnostics troubleshooter (for classic Outlook) or contact Microsoft support with details of the error and the steps already tried.
