Since yesterday, ,my email is not sending out emails, indicating its blocked / containing spam

    To better isolate the problem, could you please confirm:

    • Are you using a personal Outlook.com account or a work/school account (Microsoft 365)?
    • Are you using Classic Outlook or the New Outlook / Outlook on the web?
    • When sending emails, do you receive any bounce-back message or delivery report? If yes, please share the exact message via private message for security reasons.

    In the meantime, please try these basic steps:

    • Sign out and sign back in.
    • Try Outlook in an InPrivate/Incognito window.
    • Clear browser cache and cookies, then reload.
    • Try a different browser or device.
