- Are you using a personal Outlook.com account or a work/school account (Microsoft 365)?
- Are you using Classic Outlook or the New Outlook / Outlook on the web?
- When sending emails, do you receive any bounce-back message or delivery report? If yes, please share the exact message via private message for security reasons.
In the meantime, please try these basic steps:
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Try Outlook in an InPrivate/Incognito window.
- Clear browser cache and cookies, then reload.
- Try a different browser or device.
