Recently I am unable to sign in to 3D Pool. the FEAMBER logo appears, then I get aa spinning wheel for several seconds, then a window "Switch Account (or Play as GUEST(Logged into Microsoft". I click on Microsoft, and sign in. Before I finish signing in another window pops up "TIPS...Please check your network settings...OFFLINE or RETRY". I have tried several times over the last few days. I used DOWNORNOT website to check FEAMBER.COM network availability, and it always shows as "UNREACHABLE". Is the Feamber.com site down, or is it another issue?

    Hi Bob Ellis,

I understand you’re unable to sign in to the 3D Pool game (Feamber), and you’re seeing a “check your network settings” message even though you’re logged into your Microsoft account.

Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? Additionally, if this is related to a server or DNS reachability issue, please try the following:

    1, Test domain resolution

    • Press Windows + R > type “cmd” > Enter
    • Run: nslookup feamber.com
    • If it fails or returns no IP > the domain may be down or blocked

    2, Try a different network

    • Connect your PC to:
      • Mobile hotspot, OR
      • Another Wi‑Fi network
    • Then launch the game again

If it works, your current network/router or ISP is blocking the service

    3, Reset network cache

    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator, run:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    netsh winsock reset

    • Restart your PC afterward

4, Check if the service is actually down

    Since you already used DownOrNot:

    • If it consistently shows “unreachable” across different tools/devices, this strongly indicates a service outage on Feamber’s side

The context does not provide information about Feamber or the 3D Pool service status, so whether the site is down cannot be confirmed.

From the available information, only general sign-in and connectivity troubleshooting steps can be provided:

    1. Verify the PC is actually online:
      • On Windows, from the lock screen or taskbar, confirm Wi‑Fi/Ethernet shows connected.
      • If Wi‑Fi is weak or unstable, temporarily connect via Ethernet if possible.
      • Test another website or online service to confirm internet access.
    2. Check for local network or firewall issues:
      • If other sites work but this game does not, check any security software (for example, antivirus or internet security suites) to see if it is blocking the game or its network traffic.
      • If a proxy, VPN, or network inspection tool (such as Fiddler) is in use, temporarily disable or correctly configure it and retry.
    3. Confirm Microsoft account sign-in and network status:
      • Make sure the Microsoft account signs in successfully in a browser (for example, Outlook.com or the Microsoft account page) from the same PC.
      • If Windows shows messages like “not connected to the Internet” while other apps work, follow the standard Windows sign‑in connectivity checks: verify the network connection, reseat Ethernet cables, and test the connection from another device on the same network.
    4. Retry later and from another network/device:
      • If the service’s domain is consistently unreachable from multiple networks and devices, the issue is likely on the service provider’s side and not with Windows or the Microsoft account.

If the problem persists only with this specific game while other online services and Microsoft account sign-ins work normally, the most probable cause is an issue with the game’s own backend or service, which must be resolved by the game publisher.
