    Hi @Roberto Dossena

Based on my testing in Windows 11, the Recent Items in Classic Outlook is linked to the Recent section on the Home page. Because of this connection, for a .dwg file to appear in Recent Items, it needs to be opened first so it shows up in the Recent section. Once it appears there, it will also be reflected in Recent Items.

    Alternatively, you can:

    • Open the folder where the file is stored and drag it directly into your draft message
    • Or use Browse This PC to locate and attach the file

I hope this provides more clarity. If you notice any updates after trying these steps, please feel free to share.
