I see multiple people have been having this issue! Was there any answer as to how to fix this? Powerpoint is saying my credentials have expired and it is not saving my file or allowing them to uploaded properly. I cannot continue to have this pop up every single time.

PowerPoint credential and upload issues are typically caused by cached or corrupted sign-in data, especially when saving to OneDrive or SharePoint. Use these steps to clear cached credentials and then sign in again.

    1. Clear OneDrive/Office cached credentials (Windows)
      1. Press Windows key + R.
      2. Paste and run:
              %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings

      3. In that folder, delete the file PreSignInSettingsConfig.json.
    2. Remove stale credentials from Windows Credential Manager
      1. Open Control Panel → Credential Manager → Windows Credentials.
      2. Find and remove any entries related to Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, or the affected work/school account.
      3. Close Credential Manager.
    3. Restart apps and sign in again
      1. Exit PowerPoint and OneDrive completely (right‑click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar and close it).
      2. Start OneDrive again and sign in with the correct account.
      3. Open PowerPoint, sign in with the same account, and try saving/uploading the file again.
    4. If the issue persists
      1. Unlink and re‑link OneDrive for the affected account (see Unlink and re‑link OneDrive in the referenced article).
      2. Make sure Windows is fully updated, then restart and test saving from PowerPoint to OneDrive/SharePoint again.

After these steps, PowerPoint should stop repeatedly prompting that credentials are expired and should save and upload files normally.
