    Hi, good day!

    • When was the last time it worked properly?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer recently?
    • Have you tried the AI suggested solutions?

If the issue persists, please try the steps below.

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge\

Make a backup of the User Data folder and save it on another location

After that delete the said folder on the path above

Please check if this fixes the issue.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below instead of Yes or No button.

Try the following steps in order on Windows 11 to fix Edge not displaying anything:

    1. Close other tabs, apps, and extensions
      • If Edge opens but shows a blank or non‑responsive page, close all other tabs except one.
      • Close other running apps and pause any downloads.
      • Remove unneeded extensions, then reload the tab.
    2. Make sure Microsoft Edge is up to date
      • Open Edge (if possible) and go to Settings and more (… ) > Settings > About Microsoft Edge.
      • Install any available updates and restart Edge.
    3. Clear cache and browsing data
      • In Edge, select Settings and more (… ) > History > Open history page.
      • Select Delete browsing data.
      • Under Time range, choose All time.
      • Select at least Browsing history and Cached images and files, then Clear now.
      • Test Edge again.
    4. Scan the device for malware
    5. Check third‑party security software
      • If using antivirus or security tools like Norton or McAfee, open that app and ensure it is fully updated.
    6. Repair Microsoft Edge
      • Close Edge for all users.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
      • Find Microsoft Edge, select it, then choose Modify (if available).
      • Approve the UAC prompt (Yes), ensure the device is online, then select Repair.
      • This keeps browser data and settings while repairing core files.
    7. Restart the computer again
      • After repair, restart: Start > Power > Restart, then test Edge.

If Edge still shows nothing after these steps, use another browser temporarily and consider reinstalling Edge using the latest installer from Microsoft as described in the Edge download and update troubleshooting guidance.
