It appears at the beginning ( only ) just a few seconds then it is starting normally
A solution I myself adopted is to still pressing on the long shift ( ruler ) then it never has been seen while loading.
I don't know whether the reason is technical or mechanical, yet I think perhaps a defect on the motherboard.
I have watched two or three videos on the YouTube about the same case, but the programmer in each explains while the screen is still looking dark ( black ) ... With me is not the same, so I did not follow the steps they have done.
When you start your PC, the usual process you see is the PC manufacturers logo screen, then the spinning dots to indicate Windows is starting, then the lock screen and finally the Login screen, at what point in that process are you seeing the black screen on startup.

My answer : Yes and I cleared on my topic ( it appears just a few seconds at the very beginning of starting) Moreover , I think it is normally to see the sign of the windows while loading. This feature is being disabled with me ( not seen )

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down
Do this twice
On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.
Please try each option one at a time, then see if Windows will boot without the black screen.

See if Windows startup can repair itself

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to
DaveM121 It does not need to hold Power Button , so why do it
The machine ( laptop ) is starting up normally without pressing on the Button
