I would like to purchase an earlier version of office software that will give me excel and word. I do not want to buy Microsoft 365

If you do not want to subscribe to the Microsoft 365 version of the Office apps, the only other version of Office that Microsoft currently sell is Office 2024 for a one-time payment, that version of Office contains Word, Excel and PowerPoint and does not include all the Cloud and Ai integration that the Microsoft 365 subscription has.
