Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Thank you for reaching out.
First, I’d like to clarify that this is a user‑to‑user support forum, and we are not microsoft Support. Moderators participating here do not have access to backend systems, nor can we directly intervene in Microsoft product functionality. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance and sharing best‑practice recommendations based on reported issues, requests, and scenarios.
May I know whether your Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased or is currently managed through a provider such as GoDaddy?
If so, your billing and invoices might be handled by that provider rather than directly within Microsoft. As far as I know, when a subscription is set up via GoDaddy, they manage the billing and administrative experience, so Microsoft routes you to their portal for these actions.
If your subscription was purchased through GoDaddy, please sign in using your GoDaddy credentials, as all billing and invoice management will be available there. To confirm, you can try signing in on the GoDaddy page, if you’re able to access your invoice, this means your subscription is being managed through GoDaddy.
If you purchased licenses directly from Microsoft, your domain may still be federated with GoDaddy. To regain full control within Microsoft, you will need to:
Remove GoDaddy federation from your domain.
Reset user passwords.
Migrate your tenant to Microsoft directly and purchase new Microsoft 365 licenses directly from Microsoft after migration.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to correct me if I misunderstood your request. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to comment below. I would be more than happy to assist.
