Trophies and other learning Achievements on Microsoft Learn are only granted when all required steps for the module or learning path are marked as completed in the Learn profile itself.
For a case where a trophy is missing even though the course was completed elsewhere (for example, via a partner site), the recommended resolution is:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used for the course.
- Open the relevant learning path or modules directly on Microsoft Learn.
- Go through each unit/step and ensure they are all marked as completed on the Microsoft Learn side (sometimes items completed on a partner platform are not fully reflected in Learn).
- After confirming all steps are completed, the trophy/achievement should appear under the Achievements tab of the Learn profile.
If the trophy still does not appear after verifying all steps are completed on Learn, contact Microsoft training/credentials support so they can review the account and learning history, as community forums cannot access individual records.
