    Hello Eric Perrier

From what you described, you’re unable to access your OneDrive files and are seeing error 0x8004e4be, which might be related to a sign‑in or app configuration issue.

You can try the following steps:

    1. Check date & time: Make sure your device’s date and time are correct, as incorrect settings can affect authentication.
    2. Update OneDrive: Ensure you’re using the latest version of the OneDrive app to avoid compatibility issues.
    3. Test on the web version:

Sign in to OneDrive via a browser (https://onedrive.live.com). If it works there, the issue is likely with the app. In this case, try resetting OneDrive (clear local app data)

    • Close OneDrive
    • Press Windows + R
    • Type %appdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive
    • Delete the contents of that folder
    • Restart your PC

If needed, uninstall OneDrive, restart your PC, then reinstall it

If the issue also occurs on the web, check your account:

    • Make sure your account isn’t locked or restricted
    • Verify you have permission to access your files

Hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes!
