I have been billed $105.99 on 5/17/26 and would like to know what it is for. I have a transaction ID # on my credit card.

The transaction number is Z73RQM4XF8IM 98052 from MSBILL.INFO.

    Hi,

May I ask if this was reflected in your account's order history?

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you have another account or a family member’s account, please check their order history. I also recommend reviewing the account currently signed in on your Microsoft apps. It is possible that the subscription was purchased under a different account.

If you have difficulty determining which account it was purchased from, please use the investigation tool.

    • Please go to your Microsoft account's Payment options page. https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments
    • Select Investigate beside the transaction section.
    • Select or add the card and input the data required.
    • This will show you the purchase details from Microsoft, including the email address, subscription, and country or region where it was purchased.

If you have some difficulty with the above steps, you may also go to the article below to follow the detailed steps and images. Please note that the following article is in English, but it can be translated into your default language.

If you do not recognize the email address, please report this transaction as fraudulent to your bank and file a dispute. Your card might be compromised. It is recommended to freeze or lock your card immediately.

If you need additional assistance, please let me know.

    Stay Safe!

They just changed the dashboard on Microsoft account so I do not trust these instructions. Can I just be directed to where I need to go with a link?
