Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Regarding your issue, when you purchase Teams Essentials, you are given a business account that is separate from your personal Microsoft account.
Could you confirm the following:
- Are you logging into Teams with the correct business account and not your personal one? For more details, please refer to: Get Microsoft Teams Essentials
- Could you sign into https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony and choose Subscriptions , confirm that your Teams Essentials subscription is active there?
- Does this issue also occur on another device?
- Is this happening on Teams desktop, Teams web, or both?
- Were you able to use the session for over 1 hour normally before this issue started, or has it always been this way?
- When the session ends/times out, is there any error message displayed? If so, could you share a screenshot of it?
- Also, could you send me the screenshot of your account that is experiencing the issue via private message so I can take a closer look from my end?
