I cannot create a MS Loop workspace anymore

I have a MS 365 Family Plan.

I am trying to create a workspace, but cannot do so anymore. I had this issue a few months ago and then it suddenly started working and now it doesn't work anymore. I haven't changed anything. Not sure what is going on.

When I try to create a Workspace, I get the following pop up with the below message and a Feedback button.

Sorry, we can't save your work

Copy everything in the workspace, Test Workspace Creation. Paste it into a document to add to Loop later.

Upon closing the pop up, I see the following message at the top.

Sorry, we couldn't save your work.Select View all to see what wasn't saved.

When I click on the main loop icon, I see the newly created workspace among the list of workspaces I've created, but when I click refresh, it disappears.

I have 15 Workspaces in total and I've only used ~49 Gigs of storage of my 1TB account storage limit.

    Hi, Royden Carneiro

This does not look like a normal 1 TB storage issue, because 49 GB used is well below the quota. With Loop personal or Family accounts, the problem can still happen if the Loop workspace record is created briefly but the save process fails on Microsoft’s side, or if the account has hit a Loop-specific limit or account-profile problem.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

First, check whether you recently created many test workspaces. For personal Microsoft accounts, Loop has its own limits, including a maximum number of workspaces per user and a daily workspace creation limit. If you created several while testing, stop creating new ones for now and try again from the Loop web app later.

Next, open each old workspace you no longer need, delete it, then open that workspace’s Recycle bin and empty it. In Loop, deleting page content does not always reduce storage, because Loop keeps page history. Emptying the Loop Recycle bin is the part that actually helps clean up saved Loop data.

If your Microsoft account uses a custom email address or alias, it is recommended that you add another Microsoft account alias and test signing in to Loop with that alias. This can rule out a profile or sign-in identity issue without changing your main email.

If the same error happens after that, use the Feedback button in the error pop-up and include that the workspace appears until refresh, then disappears. That detail strongly points to a backend save failure rather than something wrong with your device.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
