Import multiple .pst files

I'm looking for the method to import the multiple .pst files once for all, instead of one by one.

Hi @Billy Chang, 

Currently, Microsoft Outlook does not provide a built-in feature to import multiple .pst files at once using the Import/Export wizard, as it only allows importing one file at a time as a user.  

Alternatively, there are third-party tools designed specifically for bulk PST import and migration, which can process multiple files in one operation.

If you are working in an enterprise environment such as Microsoft 365 or Exchange Server, your administrators can follow this article: Use network upload to import PST files | Microsoft Learn to perform bulk PST imports automatically.
