Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
For Outlook and other Microsoft 365 home products, technical support is provided via online chat.
To reach a support agent by chat for Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 home subscriptions, use the Microsoft support site and choose the chat option for your product and issue. For Outlook.com specifically, sign in at outlook.com, select Help in the ribbon, describe the issue, then choose Still need help? and select Chat with a support agent in your web browser to start a live chat session.
For general Microsoft 365 home products (including Outlook as part of Microsoft 365), chat support is listed as the primary support channel.
