Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
DriverSupportBill.com (Driver Support) is a third-party service and is not affiliated with Microsoft. Refunds for those charges must be handled directly with Driver Support and the bank or card issuer.
Take these actions:
- Cancel with Driver Support
- Go to the Driver Support website (driversupport.com).
- Sign in to the Driver Support account if one exists in the name or email associated with the card.
- Open the account or subscription/billing section.
- Cancel the subscription or turn off automatic/recurring payments.
- Block further charges and request refunds via the bank/card issuer
- Contact the bank or credit card provider using the number on the back of the card.
- Report the DriverSupportBill.com charges as unauthorized or fraudulent.
- Ask the bank to:
- Block future charges from DriverSupportBill.com (or the merchant name shown on the statement).
- Issue a new card number if needed to prevent further misuse.
- Initiate a dispute/chargeback for the last three months of charges, according to the bank’s policies.
- Avoid paying for driver software in future
- Drivers should be downloaded for free from the official PC or device manufacturer’s support website.
- Do not sign up for paid “driver update” or “driver support” services, as they are unnecessary and can lead to recurring charges.
These steps stop the recurring billing and route refund requests through the correct parties (Driver Support and the bank), since Microsoft cannot cancel or refund third-party Driver Support charges.
