Hi! I'm Shishir from India. I scheduled my GitHub Copilot examination for 27th May 10.45pm - 12.45pm IST. When I tried attending the exam, I faced a connectivity issue and was not able to attend the exam. I tried to reschedule it, but I am unable to do it. Its not showing me any options to do such. So please let me know what the next step is. Thank you.

Rescheduling or recovery options after a missed exam due to connectivity issues are handled by the exam delivery partner, not through the Microsoft Learn UI.

Next steps:

  1. Contact Pearson VUE Support directly and explain that the GitHub Copilot exam could not be attended because of a connectivity issue. Use the Microsoft-specific Pearson VUE contact channel so they can look up the appointment and advise whether it can be rescheduled or if a new registration is required.
  2. If Pearson VUE cannot resolve it or indicates an account-related problem, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance with the exam appointment and scheduling issues.

For future exams, rescheduling (when available) is done from the Learn profile:

  1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
  2. Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
  3. Locate the scheduled exam and select “Reschedule” or “Cancel” to be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site. Note that if a no-show occurs and the appointment is not changed at least 24 hours in advance, the fee or voucher (including free offers) may be forfeited.
