Hi everyone,

I purchased Microsoft 365, during the promotional period that included 12 months of LinkedIn Premium.

I never received the activation email required to redeem the benefit.

LinkedIn has now stated that the promotion has ended and they cannot reissue or troubleshoot activation emails.

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Based on the available information, if a LinkedIn Premium promotional offer tied to a Microsoft 365 subscription has expired and the partner (LinkedIn) confirms the promotion has ended and cannot reissue or troubleshoot activation emails, the offer cannot be redeemed after the deadline.

For similar partner offers, once the redemption window has passed, there is no supported way to generate a new activation email or extend the promotion period. The only remaining options are to:

    1. Verify that no activation email was ever received (including checking junk/spam folders and accessing the mailbox from another device or client, as sometimes messages may not appear consistently across devices).
    2. If further clarification is needed regarding the Microsoft 365 side of the promotion or subscription, contact Microsoft 365 Support directly using the official support channels:

However, if LinkedIn has already confirmed that the promotion has ended and they cannot reissue the activation email, the benefit itself is no longer redeemable.
