Microsoft Learn XP points

Question

Hi , how can i redeem Microsoft Learn XP points ? i want to use that points for gift card , can you guide me properly how to use that points

*XP or "eXperience points" measure your achievements in completing Microsoft Learn training content. You can view the amount of awarded XP next to the title of each learning path, module, and unit.

Microsoft Learn XP points cannot be redeemed for gift cards or any other rewards.

XP ("eXperience points") on Microsoft Learn only measure progress and achievements while completing training content (modules, learning paths, etc.). They are used to show engagement level and unlock badges/trophies on the Learn profile, but they have no monetary value and are not connected to Microsoft Rewards or gift cards.

To get gift cards, a separate Microsoft Rewards account is required and points must be earned through Microsoft Rewards activities (such as Bing searches, Store purchases, etc.), not through Learn XP.
