I’ve already asked this question and all your suggestions don’t work. I created a new groups contact folder and reentered all 126 names. Got exactly the same outcome. If I click on the edit function all 126 names show.

    Hi John Edmonds,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you’ve tried quite a few methods (creating a new group, re-entering the list, etc.), but the issue still hasn’t improved. To help narrow down the root cause in Classic Outlook with your personal account (Outlook.com/Hotmail), could you please provide a few quick details below:

    • Account setup in Outlook: Is your Outlook.com account added as Exchange (Microsoft 365) or as IMAP?
    • Main issue: Is it only that Members are not displayed, or do sending emails/expanding the group also fail (e.g., showing “no users/0 members” or failing to send)?
    • Where is the Contact Group stored: In the default Contacts folder of your mailbox or in a PST file?
    • In Outlook on the web (OWA): Does the group show all members correctly?
    • When opening the group and viewing the member list, do you see any entries with addresses like /o=ExchangeLabs/… or any unusual email format?

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to identify the correct root cause and provide the most appropriate solution.
