If this is a subscription version such as Microsoft 365 Personal, do the following: On the new PC, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services , sign in with your credentials and install Office.

For a Microsoft 365 subscription, installation on an additional computer is allowed. Install it by signing in and downloading the apps on that device.

    On a Windows PC:

    1. On the additional computer, open a browser and go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps.
    2. Select Sign in and sign in with the same Microsoft account (or work/school account) that the subscription is associated with.
    3. After signing in with a Microsoft account:
      • On the Microsoft 365 Apps page, select Install apps.
      • Select Install (or Install apps > depending on the version). This downloads the installer (for example, OfficeSetup.exe).
    4. Open the downloaded installer from the Downloads folder and run it.
    5. When prompted with Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?, select Yes and let the installation complete.
    6. After installation, the Microsoft 365 apps appear in the Start menu and are ready to use.

If using a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, the subscription can be shared with up to five other people; each person can then sign in with their own account and install on their devices. For Microsoft 365 Personal, the same subscriber account must be used on all devices.

Note: For a one-time purchase of Office (non-subscription), installation is limited to one computer, though it can be transferred to another computer owned if there is a hardware failure or a new computer is purchased.
