Dear Handian Sudianto,

Thank you again for your kind words about the new Outlook for Windows app. I’m really glad to hear it’s working well for you overall.

I completely understand how helpful a unified inbox would be, especially if you're managing multiple accounts. Being able to see all your incoming messages in one place, like in the Outlook mobile app, it can make a big difference in productivity and ease of use.

Unfortunately, at this time, the new Outlook for Windows does not support a combined or unified inbox view across multiple accounts. I know this can be disappointing, especially since the feature exists in other Outlook experiences like Android and iOS. You're definitely not alone in wanting this functionality, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it’s causing.

While a true unified inbox isn’t available yet, here’s a workaround that may help streamline your workflow:

  1. Pin your most-used inboxes to the top of the folder pane:
    • Right-click on the inbox folder of each account.
    • Select “Pin to Favorites” to keep them visible at the top.
  2. Switch to Classic Outlook (if needed):
    • If a unified inbox is critical to your workflow, you can temporarily switch back to the classic Outlook for Windows, which allows more flexible inbox management (though still not a true unified inbox).

That said, Microsoft is actively listening to user feedback as the new Outlook continues to evolve. I highly recommend submitting your request directly through the app by following the steps below:

  1. In the new Outlook for Windows, choose "Help".
  2. Select “Feedback” > “Make a suggestion”. User's image

This ensures your voice is heard by the product team and helps prioritize future improvements.

Hope my information helps. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else I can assist with.

In new Outlook for Windows, multiple email accounts can be managed in one app, but there is no explicit “All Inboxes” folder like on Outlook mobile or Outlook for Mac documented in the provided context. New Outlook instead unifies accounts by letting all accounts be accessed in one place and supports a unified experience across providers (Gmail, Yahoo, work/school, etc.).

To approximate a single place for all mail in new Outlook based on the available information:

    1. Add all accounts to new Outlook so they are visible in the same profile.
    2. Use the main Mail view and folder list to switch quickly between each account’s Inbox.
    3. Optionally, pin the individual Inboxes (for each account) to Favorites so they appear together at the top of the folder list, reducing the need to scroll through each account separately.

For a true unified Inbox view, Outlook for Mac and Outlook mobile explicitly support this:

    • Outlook for Mac: Under All Accounts in the Mail tab, select Inbox to see emails from all accounts in one unified Inbox.
    • Outlook for iOS/Android: Tap the Account icon, then tap the All Accounts icon to open a consolidated/unified inbox.

If a strict single-Inbox view is critical, using Outlook for Mac or Outlook mobile alongside new Outlook may provide the unified Inbox experience that is currently documented.
