I have been trying to purchase a Pay-Per-Incident for over a week. Every time I click purchase it gives a message about the Tax Calculation being in error. After many failed attempts I was able to get a real live person who opened a ticket. They followed up the next day and I gave them all the info they requested. I have now been waiting a week for someone to call or email back with no success and cannot reach anyone by phone. Please tell me how to escalate my ticket and get some to start helping me.
