I just singup with azure portal and when i login i am getting error

Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity

If you plan to unblock your inactive tenant, it’s essential that it has been blocked for less than 20 days. After the 20-day period, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

I tried to contact on Microsoft call number but they said that raise support ticket. can you please help with this ?

• Administrators have up to 20 days from when the tenant becomes inaccessible to request reactivation.
• After 20 days in this blocked state, the tenant is permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.

To proceed:

1. If the tenant is needed and may still be within the 20‑day window, the tenant administrator must contact Microsoft support (see the global support phone numbers in the documentation) and request tenant reactivation.
2. Do not submit multiple support requests for the same tenant; wait for the decision on the initial case.
3. If the tenant has already been deleted (blocked for more than 20 days), it can’t be restored and a new tenant must be created.

For some users, signing in directly with a tenant-specific Azure portal URL (for example, using the tenant ID or onmicrosoft.com name) has allowed access long enough to open a support ticket. Others have resolved access issues by:

• Signing out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser.
• Clearing all site data/cookies.
• Trying again in a fresh/incognito browser session.

If the account was created as a free Azure subscription and is blocked immediately, it may be necessary to:

• Use a clean browser session to go to the Azure signup experience again.
• Let the portal detect the existing free account and complete any required upgrade/activation steps.

If none of these steps restore access and the tenant is still blocked, only Microsoft support can confirm whether the tenant is within the reactivation window and process the unblock request.
