im trying to install this game called CRK on my laptop, but yet it says couldnt install because of my network connection, but i can assure you my internet connection is fine

Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, could you confirm:

1. Are you using an Android emulator? If yes, which one?
2. Or are you trying to install through Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA)?

In the meantime, please try the following:

1, Check emulator / subsystem network settings

If you’re using an emulator:

• Open the emulator settings
• Go to “Network” or “Connection”
• Make sure it is set to “Auto” or “NAT”
• Restart the emulator completely

2, Turn off VPN / Proxy on Windows

Even if your internet works:

Follow these steps to fix Google Play “couldn’t install because of network connection” errors when installing a game like CRK, even if browsing works:

1. Clear Google Play Store cache
   1. Open Settings on the Android device (or the Android environment being used on the laptop).
   2. Go to Apps or Application Manager.
   3. Go to All apps, then find and select Google Play Store.
   4. Tap Force stop.
   5. Tap Clear cache.
   6. Repeat steps 2–5, but this time select Google Play services instead of Google Play Store.
   7. Try installing the game again.
2. Clear Google Play Store data (if cache alone doesn’t help)
   1. Open Settings.
   2. Go to Apps or Application Manager.
   3. Go to All apps, then select Google Play Store.
   4. Tap Force stop.
   5. Tap Clear data.
   6. Try installing the game again.
3. Remove and re-add the Google account (if errors persist)
