Hi mcha,
I understand you’re trying to install Cookie Run: Kingdom (CRK) via Google Play on your Windows 10 laptop, but you’re getting a “network connection” error even though your internet works.
Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, could you confirm:
- Are you using an Android emulator? If yes, which one?
- Or are you trying to install through Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA)?
In the meantime, please try the following:
1, Check emulator / subsystem network settings
If you’re using an emulator:
- Open the emulator settings
- Go to “Network” or “Connection”
- Make sure it is set to “Auto” or “NAT”
- Restart the emulator completely
This fixes cases where the virtual Android device loses connectivity.
2, Turn off VPN / Proxy on Windows
Even if your internet works:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > VPN / Proxy
- Turn OFF anything enabled
- Restart your emulator and try again
Android environments often fail with VPN/proxy routing.
3, Sync date & time
- Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & time
- Turn ON:
- “Set time automatically”
- “Set time zone automatically”
Incorrect time can cause Play Store to show network errors.
