    Hi @Thomas Tupper

Good day and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing.

Just to clarify, as a moderator, my role is limited to providing structured troubleshooting guidance and directing users to official Microsoft documentation and guidelines. I don’t have the ability to access or modify any backend systems, as the Microsoft 365 Developer Program registration process is fully automated.

To ensure I fully understand your situation and provide the most effective assistance, I’ll need a few additional details, such as:

Are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account or something else?
Have you ever joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program before with this account?

Did you receive a confirmation or welcome email after signing up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program?

In the meantime, I recommend reviewing the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, especially the following sections, for detailed eligibility information:

Based on the information in those sections, the E5 developer subscription is primarily available to:

    • Visual Studio Professional or Enterprise subscribers (automatic qualification)
    • Companies in ISV Success / Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program eligible tiers
    • Organizations with Premier or Unified Support (via their Microsoft contacts)

    Any update would be appreciated.

If you have any additional concerns, feel free to comment below. I would be more than happy to assist.
