    Hi Dave Johnson

For your scenario, where you want to automatically forward emails from a specific sender and related to a specific topic, you can create an Inbox rule in Classic Outlook.

    Please follow the steps below:

1/ Open Classic Outlook > go to File > Manage Rules & Alerts

2/ Choose the folder where you want the rule to apply > click New Rule

3/ Choose the template "Apply rule on messages I receive

4/ Select the conditions, such as:

    • From people or public group
    • With specific words in the subject

Then choose the specific values for each condition.

    5/ Select the action:

“Forward it to people or public group”, then assign the values. image

6/ Click Next if you do not need any exceptions.

7/ Enter a name for the rule > select “Turn on this rule” > Finishimage

    8/ Click Apply > OK

In addition, you can also create the same inbox rule in Outlook on the web at https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/mail/ by going to the Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Rules.

I hope this provides helpful insight.
