If the code became unreadable after scratching the label, there is no way for forum members to recover or reconstruct the key. Your best option is to contact the retailer where the card was purchased and, if needed, Microsoft Support. Be prepared to provide photos of the card (front and back) and proof of purchase. Microsoft Support may be able to review the key and verify ownership.
