May I ask what is your Power BI subscription? Do you have admin role in your organization such as Global Admin or Fabric Administrator?
If no, please contact your IT admin of your organization.
If yes, you can go to https://app.fabric.microsoft.com/admin-portal/workspaces?experience=power-bi and restore it.
However, you mentioned it was deleted last month. It will depend on your workspace type and have a different retention period. So please specify your workspace type, collaborative or personal workspace.
